How does the cooperation work?

    You send us the staffing need

    Headcount, role, location, salary and benefits, schedule, conditions, candidate requirements and the estimated start date.

    We search and promote the role

    We identify suitable candidates from Romania for the requirements you sent.

    We run preselection

    We talk to interested people and verify the information relevant to your role.

    We present the candidates

    We send the suitable profiles, with information verified in advance. Sofimat remains the intermediary.

    Interview and final decision

    We support organising interviews. The company decides whom to interview and whom to hire.

    Hiring

    The candidate is hired directly by the company, under the terms agreed between employer and candidate.

Staff request

Complete the form in the language that is easiest for you. A consultant will write to you to set the mediation details. Employers in Romania and the European Union are welcome.

We use the data to contact you and understand the staffing need. Sofimat is an intermediary, not the employer. We hand matches to your company’s HR.

Transparent cooperation

Sofimat is your recruitment and selection partner. The employing company keeps control of the selection and decides directly on hiring. Commercial terms, responsibilities and replacement conditions are set out in the cooperation contract.

Markets and sectors

Romania is the origin of candidates and a hiring market. We mediate to employers in Romania and the European Union, depending on cooperation contracts — Germany is one of the current markets, not the only one. We do not promise volumes we cannot verify.
