How it works
A clear process, without promises we cannot keep.
For rentals, work starts after contract and payment. For recruitment, we talk first and present only real matches. For taxes or documents, we clarify what we can do before any fee.
For rentals
- 1.You write to us from the site, email, phone or WhatsApp
- 2.We discuss the standard package of 109 € / 30 days
- 3.We send the contract and invoice
- 4.After payment, you complete the profile form
- 5.We check the needed documents (ID, income, Schufa if applicable)
- 6.We search for housing on all available platforms and contact landlords and agencies
- 7.We notify you when a possible viewing appears
- 8.We continue until the end of the 30 days
For recruitment
- 1.The employer or candidate writes the need
- 2.We clarify the sector, country and expectations
- 3.We search and speak with the other side, where Sofimat has a contract
- 4.We present only real matches
- 5.Employment stays direct with the company
