A short notice for candidates: why we ask for data, who we may send it to, and that you do not pay for mediation.

The CV and information from the form (trade, experience, qualification, languages, countries, availability) are used to identify and manage relevant job opportunities. With the separate consent on the form, they may be sent to potential employers and recruitment partners involved in the process, solely for that purpose.
The public form does not require a CV upload. If you want, you can send the CV by email (office.sofimatrecruitment.ro) or WhatsApp (+40 731 192 479). We use it the same way as the form data: only for mediation.
The required checkbox on the form is only the Privacy-policy notice. Sharing the profile with employers/partners is ticked separately. Commercial messages, if you want them, are ticked separately and are optional.
