SOFIMAT RECRUITMENT S.R.L. is a company specialised in recruitment and mediation, connecting candidates with employers in Romania and abroad. We identify job opportunities, select the right candidates and facilitate communication with employers, with support throughout the recruitment process.
At the same time, we offer support services for Romanians in Germany, including housing search and viewing appointments.
We emphasise seriousness, transparency and communication, so that every collaboration is clear and efficient.
The company
SOFIMAT RECRUITMENT S.R.L. facilitates the link between candidates from Romania and employers in the country and in the European Union, depending on cooperation contracts. Employment is made directly by the employer.
We do not sell the illusion that a Facebook message solves everything. The candidate is qualified before reaching an employer. The rental client is represented after contract and payment confirmation. New services — taxes, documents, administrative support — follow the same rule: clarity first, then work.
