Withdrawal
How you can cancel the paid German rental-search service and what happens if work has already started. Job mediation for candidates is not a paid service.

The paid distance packages are: German rental search 109 € / 30 days; tax-refund support 89 €; child allowance / Kindergeld 59 €. This is mediation work, not a home, not a refund amount and not a guaranteed allowance.
For premium or urgent services we may add 50–150 € to the standard package price, depending on the complexity of the case.
The candidate does not pay a hiring fee. There is therefore no mediation fee to recover for “finding a job”.
If you are a consumer and conclude the contract at a distance (site, email, phone), you have, under the law, 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason.
The period usually runs from the conclusion of the contract. To meet the deadline it is enough to send us the request before it expires.
Write to smr.recruitment.office@gmail.com or call +40 731 192 479, during Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00. Give your name, contact details and that you want to withdraw / cancel the rental-search service.
The site does not currently have an integrated online payment gateway. If payment is made by transfer or another agreed channel, this policy still applies. If we add online payment later, withdrawal still follows these rules.
If you expressly asked us to start the search before the end of the 14 days and we have started (filtering, contacting landlords, using dossier documents), the withdrawal right may be lost or reduced to the part of the service not yet performed, as the law provides.
Documents already used for applications cannot be “pulled back” from landlords. We stop new work from the moment we register the cancellation request.
The fee covers search work, not a result. We do not refund the payment because a viewing or a rental did not appear, if we performed the agreed service.
