We search all available platforms, contact landlords and agencies and schedule viewings after your confirmation. Standard package 109 € / 30 days.

We do not guarantee a home or a viewing. The final rental contract does not depend on Sofimat, but on the landlord concerned.

What it is

A standard package of 109 € for 30 days: search on all available platforms, contact with landlords and agencies, applications and appointments after the client’s confirmation. You pay for the search work, not an apartment and not a guaranteed viewing. The final rental contract does not depend on Sofimat, but on the landlord concerned.

Who it is for

Clients who already live in Germany or are moving there and cannot secure viewings on their own. We need the city, budget, number of people and WhatsApp.

How to request it

Use the form on the Rentals in Germany page. After the discussion, we send the contract and invoice.

Tax refund / Steuererstattung

Support for the tax-refund file (Steuererstattung). Standard package 89 €. We do not guarantee a refund amount.

What it is

Standard package 89 €: we help you gather the data, understand the usual steps and start a refund request for the period you worked abroad. We can organise the file and, if needed, connect you with a tax specialist. Sofimat is not a licensed tax advisor and does not guarantee a refund amount.

Who it is for

People from Romania who worked legally in Germany or another EU country, have payslips / Lohnsteuerbescheinigung or income documents, and want an honest assessment of what can be done.

How to request it

Complete the form on this page, choose “Tax refund” and tell us the country, period and which documents you have. We contact you before any paid work starts.

Child allowance / Kindergeld: standard package 59 €. Plus CV writing, document and Schufa guidance. We do not guarantee approval of the allowance.

What it is

The standard package for child allowance (Kindergeld) is 59 €: we help you understand the usual steps and organise the file. We do not guarantee approval. We can also help with a CV, usual documents and, in general terms, why Schufa is requested. We do not issue official documents and we do not provide legal advice.

Who it is for

Candidates leaving for or already living in the EU, rental clients who need an organised file, and families who want Kindergeld guidance.

How to request it

Choose “Other services” in the form below and describe what you need (Kindergeld, CV, Schufa, documents). We tell you what we can do and what must be requested from authorities or a sworn translator.

We use the data to assess the requested service (tax, documents, rental or other). Paid services are separate from job mediation, which is not charged to the candidate.
