1. Who we are

2. Purpose of the site

The site provides information and lets you request mediation, the German rental search and other labelled services. The content is informational. Do not submit false data and do not use the site for illegal purposes.

3. Services: mediation, not employer

Sofimat Recruitment identifies and preselects candidates for employers and facilitates recruitment. We do not “provide staff” as a temporary-work agency.

The individual employment contract is concluded directly between the candidate and the employer. Sofimat is not the candidate’s employer. The selection and hiring decision belongs exclusively to the employer.

The company object is CAEN 7810 (employment placement agency activities). We do not claim an ANOFM accreditation on the site; we only state company facts we have confirmed.

4. Candidate duties

The candidate must provide true and up-to-date information. False data may lead to closing the mediation file.

5. Sofimat duties

We provide mediation and the other services as presented on the site and, for paid services, as agreed in the written contract.

We do not guarantee a job, a salary, a start date or a destination unless the employer confirms them.

6. Limitation of liability

Sofimat cannot guarantee that a candidate will be selected or hired, because that decision belongs to the employer. Final working conditions are set between the candidate and the employer.

The jobs page may be empty. We do not invent vacancies. Information about offers, when it exists, comes from the employer and may change.

7. Costs and payment

Job mediation is paid by the employer under the commercial contract between Sofimat and the employer. The candidate does not pay Sofimat for this mediation.

The German rental search is a standard package of 109 € / 30 days. Tax-refund support costs 89 €. Kindergeld / child allowance costs 59 €. For premium or urgent services we may add 50–150 € to the standard package price, depending on the complexity of the case. Work starts after contract and payment confirmation. The site has no integrated online payment gateway.

Tax details, including VAT if applicable, appear on the invoice. We do not publish a VAT-payer / non-VAT-payer status that we have not confirmed here.

Costs that are not mediation (certain documents, transport, housing) are treated separately if they arise, and explained before they are asked.

8. Rentals in Germany

The paid service is analysing requirements, searching, contacting landlords/agencies, applying and scheduling viewings — not the price of an apartment and not a guarantee of housing, a viewing or acceptance of the file. Cancellation: the Withdrawal page.

9. Intellectual property

The logo, texts and materials on the site belong to Sofimat or are used with permission. Do not copy them for another site or commercial offer without written consent.

10. Changes to the site

Sofimat may update the information, offers and these terms. The version published on the site is the applicable one.

11. Complaints

12. Applicable law

The contractual relationship follows Romanian law. The Brașov registered office is the company’s legal identity, not a marketing story.
