How SOFIMAT RECRUITMENT S.R.L. processes the data you send via the site, email or WhatsApp — for mediation, contact, rentals or other services.

Candidates: name, phone / WhatsApp, email, city, preferred country, sector, notes you write to us.
Employers: company name, contact person, email, phone, country, sector, headcount, notes.
Rental clients: data from the search request and, after contract, from the profile dossier (name, phone, city, budget, preferences, documents you send).
Service requests and contact messages: name, contact details, the service chosen and the message.
We do not ask for data we do not use. We do not build marketing profiles from public forms.
Handling requests received via the site, email, phone or WhatsApp.
Mediation: to identify compatible professional opportunities and, with your consent, to present your application to relevant employers Sofimat has or will have a contract with.
Contact: to reply by message, phone or WhatsApp.
Rental dossier: to search for housing in Germany, apply and schedule viewings after your confirmation, after the 30-day contract.
Services (tax refund, documents, CV): to assess the request and tell you if we can take it on.
Legal duties (for example invoicing and records).
Commercial messages — only if you tick the separate marketing box. It is not combined with the GDPR checkbox.
Consent — the required checkbox on public forms.
Contract or pre-contractual steps — when you request the paid rental-search service or another service agreed in writing.
Legitimate interest — to answer a request, keep a record of messages and defend our rights, without using the data for advertising.
We keep data as long as needed for the request, for legal duties (for example invoicing) or until you withdraw consent, if no other basis applies.
Requests that do not continue are reviewed periodically. We do not announce a “for life” archive.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).

We do not sell, rent or hand your data to advertising brokers.
For mediation, candidate data (including a CV sent voluntarily) may be sent to relevant employers, under the law and only on your request / consent, where a Sofimat contract exists or will exist.
For the rental search, dossier data may be used in applications to landlords or agencies, after contract.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by writing to smr.recruitment.office@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing already done.
We work in the European Union. If an employer, a landlord or a communication channel (for example WhatsApp) involves a transfer, we do it only when needed for your request and with the applicable safeguards.
We use them as contact channels, not as advertising trackers. Those services have their own policies. Use them only if you accept that.
