At SOFIMAT RECRUITMENT we identify and select candidates for jobs in Romania and abroad, according to each person’s experience, availability and requirements. We handle recruitment and mediation between candidate and employer, with support through selection and communication.

The mediation model

Employment is made directly by the hiring company — a firm in Romania or the EU, where Sofimat has or will have a contract — not by Sofimat. We inform, qualify and present. The employer decides.

The confirmed activity code is CAEN 7810 — employment placement agency activities. Sofimat is not a temporary-work agency (CAEN 7820). We do not display an ANOFM accreditation that we have not confirmed here.

What our service means

What Sofimat does

  • Identifies job opportunities where a Sofimat contract exists or will exist.
  • Collects the candidate’s data, with consent.
  • Checks compatibility with the offer.
  • Presents the offer to the candidate.
  • Sends the application to the employer.
  • Facilitates communication and, if needed, interview scheduling.
  • Hands the relationship to HR. The employer makes the final decision.

What we do NOT guarantee

  • We do not guarantee employment.
  • We do not take the hiring decision.
  • We are not the employer.
  • We do not guarantee that the candidate will be accepted.
  • Final working conditions are set with the employer.
  • We do not sign the individual employment contract instead of the company.
  • We do not charge the candidate for job mediation.

What the employer does

  • Decides whether to hire.
  • Sets the concrete working conditions.
  • Signs the individual employment contract.
  • Pays the salary.
  • Fulfils the legal duties towards the employee.
