How to send a complaint to SOFIMAT RECRUITMENT S.R.L. and how we handle it internally.

Send the complaint to smr.recruitment.office@gmail.com or call +40 731 192 479, during Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00. You may also use the contact form. Give your name, contact details and what happened.

We register the message, assign a consultant and reply on business days. We do not promise a “guaranteed 48-hour” deadline.
If the complaint concerns mediation, we recall that the hiring decision belongs to the employer. If it concerns the rental search, we check what work was performed under the contract.
Consumers may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (www.anpc.ro), as provided by law. We do not claim a special ADR/ODR registration that we have not confirmed here.
